Plex server support

Does jmc support connecting to a Plex media server?

As far as I know It does not, but this would be interesting functionality. However, I imagine a huge undertaking, and steer the project off course. I would imagine allowing it to connect to a DAAP server such as forked-daapd would be easier to implement.
