CI is broken

CI is broken because for some reason the github runner can't find my Apple profile or account despite it being setup exactly as prescribed. See https://github.com/jcm93/Record/actions/runs/7524699420/job/20479899824#step:6:254 etc. Would welcome any advice on the matter. Haven't been able to find a single bit of useful information when searching for the error.
