I've just realised this looks like I have changed loads but I haven't. It just shows up messy because of the "details" tag. The basic script isn't as many changes and I've not deleted any lines like the comparison suggests.

I feel like the <details><summary> here will only make people less likely to read the text – its purpose on the contact page is to hide the contact form from people with lost property to report!

Re the additions ... really I should do something (like an "unread messages" popup sort of thing) to highlight when an edit has been disapproved with a reason
