Castlenet CBV384Z4-AC1600 Can't dump in bootloader mode

Hi; I have Castlenet CBV384Z4-AC1600 modem.

Some features are restricted in the interface, e.g. router and bridge. I download GatewaySettings.bin. how can i open the features with dump bootloader?

Your GatewaySettings.bin file is encrypted. To get at the decryption key, I'd need a firmware dump - this requires access to the device's unlocked serial console (either bootloader or firmware).

Thank you for your interest. How can I download this firmware or bootloader you want? Is it possible to do this with Arduino? If it is not possible, how can I do it in the simplest way?
