Updating to slf4j-api 2.0.x

I'm having some version conflicts with other libraries that use slf4j-api 2.0.x, would be great if we could get an update to support that here as well! Pushy seems to be working fine for me with 2.017, so hopefully it would be an easy upgrade. Still, would be nice to have it officially supported instead of just hoping for the best.
