Missing components

I've pulled the source and am trying to compile it in a linux environment (ubuntu 18.04 LTS).

Several of the include files are missing: <afxtempl.h> <afxwin.h> <afxext.h> <afxcmn.h> <atlimage.h>

I also had to rename a couple of files to match the syntax in the script as the case didn't match.
