increase size of thumbnail

Hi, if there is a way to either having the ability to configure the size of the card image / thumbnail or increase it a little bit when we hovering on it that would be nice. Maybe I'm just too old but I find it difficult to read the card's text thanks!

Good idea. It might be a size selector in the Settings popup.
