Add support for files like:

[Desktop Entry]
Icon=inode-directory
Name=myconfig
Type=Link
URL=file:///home/user/.config

and website links:

[Desktop Entry]
Icon=text-html
Name=archwiki
Type=Link
URL=https://archwiki.org
