Long-form defsetf doesn't support multiple values

Presumably this is because it was a later addition to ANSI—see Issue SETF-MULTIPLE-STORE-VARIABLES.

Also, long-form defsetf is notoriously tricky to implement. For background, see this SBCL discussion.
