Make recording fingerings not rely on console

When invoked with --record, haxo001 will enter fingering recording mode. This will associate fingerings with notes and create or amend notemap.js. Guidance and feedback are provided via the console (serial or ssh).

Consider using voice messages instead using a text to speech library, e.g. "press the fingering for F# for 3 seconds to record it"
