Ingredients

  • 190g pasta of your choice
  • 100g tomatoes (diced)🍅
  • Some sundried tomatoes (diced)🍅
  • 1 handful arugula salad 🥗
  • 50g pine nuts (roasted)
  • 3tbsp green pesto
  • Olive oil and some lemon juice 🫒🍋
  • paprika powder, some chilli flakes, dried oregano, salt and crushed pepper
  • 1 burrata
