Chicken Kebab

Ingredients

  • 500g of boneless & skinless chicken thigh
  • 1 tsp cumin, curry powder, turmeric, paprika, garam masala & garlic powder (optional)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp oil, I use rapeseed (higher smoke point)
  • Serve with pittas, garlic mayo, kebab sauce, lettuce, tomato

Method

  1. Coat the chicken in the spices and oil, add to 2-3 metal skewers. You can also use wooden. If using wooden steep them in water so they don’t burn
  2. Airfryer for 30 minutes at 180, baste & turn halfway
  3. Carve, kebab up and enjoy
