Plugin Menu not showing correctly on High Res. computers

Hello Julien I've been using 3P for a couple months, thank you so much.

I experimented an issue with the menu of the plugin when the computer has a high res like 4K or QHD, the labels overlays and the input also. Its difficult to setup when that happens.

You could reproduce this changing the size of elements and text on Windows Configuration. At higher size its impossible to see anything.

The scaling problem is still an issues. I'm trying to use NPP v7.5.1 64bit and plugin 3P v1.7.6 64bit (I tried the 32bit versions as well with the same results) It looks like as if the library for the UI elements is not capable of scaling. All tree views, menu and field elements are still small. Some UI elements get lost during rendering.

Today forced me to talk about the 3P plugin, and hopefully get the support. I can not delete it. Every time I click the admin plugin, select 3P to remove, then I get the message: "a free (GNU) source code editor has stopped working". Is this a request asking me not to remove it? @rossemo : Thanks for your support. I am aware of the problem, can reproduce it and know how to fix it but I lack the dozens of hours to correctly implemented the UI framework of 3P (I have to rewrite a large part of the code used for the interface).

You can try the solution I suggested in #244, see if it works for you.

@tvcvt : You should open a new issue for this instead of hijacking another thread. However, I'll answer it here since I understand you are facing some difficulties using github (see #243 for pointers on how to correctly open a github issue).

I have to say, I did not understand half of what you wrote. If I can give you an advice: write in your native language, google translate it to english, and copy both the original and translated text in the issue. This way, you maximize your chances to be understood.

But I undestand you are having trouble uninstalling 3P. I don't know how you installed it but I guess you did a regular installation of notepad++ and installed 3P with the plugin manager?

In that case, go to the "installed" tab in the plugin manager, check 3P and click remove:

But there are some instances where it doesn't work (if you installled 3P as an administrator and you are trying to remove it as a user). If it doesn't work, go to notepad++ installation folder, (C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++ or C:\Program Files\Notepad++) then go to the subfolder "plugins" and delete 3P.dll.

You mean the internet doesn't pay you to do all that :) I used what I'll call a "modified 244" and it did help the scaling on the app (and a few others when applied), but oddly, only when I open the file directly, and not through a taskbar link. I'm sure there's a simple explanation for that, but I'm fried from traveling right now.
