3P still does not use n++/autoCompletion/ xml files

3P is still refusing to use the lua.xml located in C:\Program Files\Notepad++\autoCompletion for its auto-complete suggestions. I have added a few commands to test it, and while n++'s own auto-completion shows the additions, 3p does not. 3P ONLY suggests things from %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Notepad++\langs.XML

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

1. Add a command to any XML file in Notepad++\autoCompletion
2. Attempt to use 3P's auto-completion
3. Observe that it does not suggest the added commands

Expected Behavior

3P should be able to suggest entries in C:\Program Files\Notepad++\autoCompletion*.xml

Actual Behavior

It simply does not
