CachingWire and LastModifiedCachingWire are not handling Cache-Control and Pragma Headers.

There are specific headers Cache-Control and Pragma with possible value of no-cache. But Caching Wires are not supporting that. Please see http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec14.html#sec14.9 For my opinion check for this headers should be added.
