Remove Versioning directory

I assume the Versioning source code directory can be removed. The set_version.m file inside is only referenced by the version.sh script, the version.sh script isn't referenced from anywhere, and the version.sh script uses svn info to find the source code revision and update the Info.plist, which won't work now that the project has moved from a Google Code Subversion repository to a GitHub Git repository.
