it can not run properly ,could you please help for the error

Check your bin folder of your project.

There should be there the dlls

1. mapnik.dll
2. gdal111.dll
3. icudt54.dll

... etc

if not, they may be inside the bin/share and bin/mapnik folders.

There is a an error with the packages in the nugget. Check this issue https://github.com/jbrwn/NET-Mapnik/issues/22
