admin tool gets stuck on "opening websocket..."

Hello, As I try to launch the tool and upload the mission file, the URL for ".../dcs-mission-planner/admintool.html" goes stuck on "opening websocket..." and won't proceed any further.

@jboecker @HomeFries94 I have the same issue, does it require some changes since the updates of DCS World? I get the following error:

It looks like it's not connecting to the Url because it might not exists (http://dcs-mission-planner.combined-ops-group.com:8080). I'm a Front-end developer and i would gladly help if you let me know what is required to run this great WebApp. For example, why is a server required to run it and what type of server does it have to be? Is it just a pseudo server to extract and edit the data?
