Enable Multiple Toolstacks

Not really a pull request, I just wanted to show you what changes I made: I had to create multiple toolstacks to bypass problems with pdflatex, xelatex, etc... I added API functions and verified call from Python in Jupyter-lab call from Julia using pycall in both Jupyter-lab and Pluto.jl
