Convert .jp2 files to GeoTIFF

It would be great to see .jp2 files supported, then I could work with sentinel-2 imagery directly, without converting it first using GDAL. Also I noticed that the default 'dtype' for the sentinel imagery I was using was 'uint16', when using a converted GeoTIFF using default GDAL_Translate parameters, I was encountering errors in the histogram_match_two_images tool (python). I got it to work by converting to 'Float32'.

Similar to #147. If a rust crate for this becomes available we would certainly explore this.
