Add CRC for PI17

CRC for PI17 is CRC-XModem. Added class to helpers for computing the crc.

great work, there is a current way to adjust results though and I'd prefer to not add a duplicate

All should be repaired. I had to implement new new type int:r(operator)number to the abstract protocol. There was only 10int present. Now it is possible to make basic math changes to the value in the data type itself. CRC for P17 should now work as intended.
