Connection timed out- easun inverter P18SV

Hello! I have an Easun SV series inverter,connected through USB cable to my pc and I'm getting this error message. image What can i do? Thanks!

are you connecting to the correct port/device? post the full comand that you are using check dmesg or /dev directory to make sure its the correct port run the mppsolar command with debug and post output
