Windows: When mkvtoolnix is installed, PATH is not updated in session

Repro steps: On a Windows installation without MKVToolnix, run XenonMKV. The auto-installer will successfully run but not find MKVToolnix after the fact.

Workaround: Close the command prompt session and open a new one to get the updated PATH.
