Spectral Species Map

Dear Jean-Baptiste Féret,

I am using BiodivMapR V2.3.4 In versions 1.X I was able to generate the spectral species map.

Now, in V2.3.4 I cannot find a function that generates the spectral species map. Could you help me on how to obtain this product?

Dear @CostaVM , indeed, the spectral species maps are not part of the output products saved on your computer during the process of biodivMapR, as these extra data were not used by a large majority of users. I may add an option to save these spectral species maps, but it will be in a next version and it is currently not in the priorities. How do you exactly use these spectral diversity maps? If you describe how you use the maps (if associated to a specific process for a diversity metric which is not implemented in the current version, for example), I can check if this can be implemented with minimum efforts in biodivMapR, with no need to directly write the files, if this is a solution you can consider.
