### What this PR does - Add `Prerequisites` element to `.vsixmanifest` so extension can run on VS 2017+ - Convert to use `` and the `Madskristensen.VisualStudio.SDK` meta-package
VS 2017 requires extensions to be repackaged using the 2017 VSIX SDK.

maybe your should **CLEARLY** state that this works **just in comments** not in HTML or other code
As a comment on vsgallery I read that you plan to enable emojis only in comments. Please think about an option that allows to turn that on by hand.
When editing an F# file, if you type `.` as the last character in the file, Visual Studio will error and restart. I can't get a stack trace, sorry, so...
When I ran the python tools with this extension installed I had errors that occurred and the intellisense would completely break. Uninstalled emojivs and everything seemed to work fine.
