npm ERR! missing script: setup

my project is in the C:\ideha\Strapi\react-mongo-noGraph folder in windows. So i Execute this commands:

  1. cd C:\ideha\Strapi\react-mongo-noGraph
  2. mkdir plugins
  3. cd plugins git clone https://github.com/jbeuckm/strapi-plugin-import-content.git import-content cd import-content && npm install cd ../.. npm run setup --plugins

but i have this error: npm ERR! missing script: setup

Could you help me?

didn't work for me with any version, luckily i had same data in wordpress, so used wordpress api to import data into strapi using strapi rout and controller.
