Call log stopped logging calls

Note 3 Android 5.0 SMS Backup + 1.5.10 The app just stopped logging calls suddenly in June. Anyone have any suggestions? SMS backups are and have always worked perfectly.

I lost that phone and have reinstalled the app on my old Galaxy S3 and same problem. Android 4.4.2
