Feature request: Task that preload's scala to target emulator

It would be handy to have a Task included with the android-plugin that could dex and install scala to the emulator.

I stumbled on this commit today, it looks like some work was done to implement this. I'm not currently writing android code though...or I'd be tempted to give it a try myself.
