Can't specify file name -> overwrites existing files

Thanks for the awesome plugin - works great, only there's no way to avoid uploads overwriting files of the same name. Would be great for galileo_receive_file to take an optional new filename, or a prefix or something.

Not a problem for my current use case, but if I get a chance I'll hack something up.
