Add new page from All Pages screen

Feature request: I think it's be logical to be able to add a new page from All Pages screen. Right now even the let-side menu item to add a page is not available when you are at the All Pages screen.

This is simply a result of page operations existing when on a true page rather than on an administrative page. I see your point though. I'll see what I can do.
