Cannot install visualstudio2019buildtools, Unterminated string passed in

visualstudio2019buildtools package files install completed. Performing other installation steps.
Chocolatey had an error formatting string:

followed by a 5MB string in some weird JSON-like notation. At position 5 255 262 I see nothing suspicious:

Please 1) provide the exact command you use, 2) run choco with -dv and provide all console output, 3) include any details about your system that may be relevant (OS version, language - it seems it is not English).
