Missing license information

Hi,

What is the license of this project? Can you make the information clearer in the project as well?

Given that billion dollar codec bugs like Stagefright could be prevented with tools like this, it would be nice to bring this project the last mile to encourage others to use it. Some suggestions in addition to licensing the software -

  • Have the examples actually compile - only udp.nail and int.nail grammars compile, most others fail with an uninformative 'syntax error'.
  • Add a PDF version of the whitepaper for us non-academics.
  • Remove or explain references to hammer.h in some of the code examples.
  • Add a README.md with a concise project summary.
  • Are there plans to remove dependency on Boost? A C99 version with no dependencies would greatly improve adoption on embedded devices, where it is most needed.
