Author list shortcode

Shortcode that displays a list of authors. This would use a simple get_terms function since authors are taxonomies. Maybe for #13, could integrate the Taxonomy Images plugin, and use those for author images, and display author name, number of books by that author and image next to each listing (options to show/hide those).
