Amazon Mechanical Turk Integration

As a crowdata user, I want to be able to submit my jobs automatically to Amazon Mechanical Turk (possibly via: http://boto.readthedocs.org/en/latest/ref/mturk.html).

Boto will definitely be useful. Also, this can be implemented using external questions
