Could you explain because nginx allows reloading of its config but it is done differently, specifically through sending a signal to the process and acting on that, which may result in downtime but assuming nothing is wrong like an error, its usually not noticeable. With how torchbear is designed, it may not be straight forward.

Yea, I think this is rather an issue for Lighttouch. I just want to run the loaders over again with new code.
