Document on GH/docs frontpage how to import

Both the GitHub frontpage and the documentation frontpage do not show any example of a dataset import.

Even after reading the documentation and the issues, I'm still not sure what's the preferred way to import datasets. Use data.csv = csv_string? Use import sets? (#166 , #90)? Use data.import? (#46)

I'd also like to see this in the docs. There are multiple places where the docs show how to import data (e.g. the CSV, TSV, and JSON sections), but it would be helpful if there was an "Import Data" section of the docs for clarity's sake.

So, which is the preferred way to import in tablib? "There should be one-- and preferably only one --obvious way to do it."
