Describe the bug

The hosted application for the docs, http://django-oauth-toolkit.herokuapp.com/consumer/ is not working

To Reproduce

go to https://django-oauth-toolkit.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorial/tutorial_01.html to try to make an oauth client click link to http://django-oauth-toolkit.herokuapp.com/consumer/ see 500 error https://bits.owocki.com/5zuGNqkK

no 500 error
