Failed RPC Calls: "rate: Wait(n=1) would exceed context deadline"

Yup... been seeing this for the past 48 hours or so with even basic calls like balanceOf() etc `ValueError: {'code': -32000, 'message': 'rate: Wait(n=1) would exceed context deadline'}`

azurerm backend ignores metadata_host value for custom cloud environments

@daveinci would this also resolve the backend being unable to find "**ussec**" as an environment? At this point we are able to terraform resources in an USSec (microsoft.scloud) environment without...
