For packaging, it is useful to run the tests from the source tarball to verify the packaging is correct. c.f. https://github.com/Robpol86/colorclass/issues/25

The source tarball does not include `tox.ini`, but setup.py needs this file to determine the `install_requires`. The result is that no dependencies are activated from the source tarball.

I would like to use the data to correlate with openSUSE package names, which use the 'real' name supplied in setup.py, i.e. not-normalised. I've been doing a bit of research...
