It works for me with Gnome 44.2. The only problem is that the "Web Interface" button does not work. I get the following error in journalctl after pressing that button. Jun 21 14:51:28 host gjs[17558]: JS ERROR: Error: Requiring WebKit2, version 4.0: Typelib file for namespace 'WebKit2', version '4.0' not found @webviewer.js:8:16 Jun 21 14:51:28 host gjs[17558]: Script webviewer.js threw an exception

As an alternative, you can change the setting to always use an external browser for opening the Web Interface.

Edit: Web Interface button works after installing package webkit2gtk under Arch Linux.

I'm running GNOME 44.3 and the GNOME extensions website is still showing this extension as "outdated": https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/989/syncthing-icon/

Maybe the best is just remove the webview, in favor of always opening the web interface with the browser?
