@LikithaVemulapalli do you have time to check this out? I think there are a number of GH issues around ingress/egress rule handling in the EC2 controller at this time.

Note that a similar issue exists for various fields of the S3 Bucket, including [`PutBucketCors`](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/API/API_PutBucketCors.html) and [`PutBucketEncryption`](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/API/API_PutBucketEncryption.html), neither of which are settable on create of the bucket.
