[RFE] bcleanall for remote branches

I'm a big fan of sj bcleanall, but it only applies to local branches. What could be a safe way to optionally also apply to remote branches?

I highly* recommend setting delete head branches setting on all of your repos to automatically clean these upon merge.

However, this is still a useful feature request - gotta clean up whatever's still there from before setting that setting.
