@dsbert - your example is not a bug, that's actually correct. It's because you didn't make all your ordered-lists the same. That should be: ``` * Success 1. pass 1....
The original-poster's bug is a valid one, and probably needs the same fix as for https://github.com/markdownlint/markdownlint/issues/117
As a feature I think this is great, but rather than a separate, conflicting rule, I think a configuration option to `MD013` would be better.

I think the JS port of markdownlint takes a JSON file, not sure. We certainly could, but having it be a ruby file means people can and do do stuff...
It is not built as a debian package. We would welcome someone doing that!
Yeah this would be a good change. I've done this in some other apps I maintain as well. However, if we do this we need to make it backwards compatible....
