This did not work for me when I filed the Issue, but it *does* work now! It even works on Workplace!

@jackblk given that FB just killed app passwords, this is very timely. Where you able to use this to somehow get the pidgin plugin to work?

Also where are you getting `self.device_id` from, @jackblk ?

I get this quite commonly with the latest version.

The internal team just confirmed for me they killed App Passwords and that the help page still being there is a mistake. There's work to make Platform 2-fac stuff work...

@dequis - I'd be happy to donate to your favorite charity again, if that helps. :)

@boris-petrov - yes, you can run the python script, get the token, jam it into accounts.xml and it'll work.

@grimmy - any update? Did the python script from the other bug help?

@akhepcat - I like your enhancements to my script. I've adopted it and sent you a PR with some fixes.
