Add charts

The current "Discover" folder already contains charts, but they are localized (based on the IP). By adding a separate "Charts" folder, global charts can be viewed.

"Top 50" and "Hot & new" were implemented in 60c0b91854a06c42f43fa9a78f2eddee100705c7.

Maybe also add the genres as folders?
