typing a word with no responsing after bdelete a buf sometime.

比如 con 后，光标就飘到source code window 里了。还有就是挂起的时候左侧source window里的停驻样式还在。

要有提示

执行到很深的堆栈里会有出现明显的闪烁两次

一旦走到 internal 的模块，找不到filename，就卡主了。
