[FEAT] Adding Dark Mode Theme to the Website

Hello, I am Mahima Churi, a proud Contributor of GSSoC'23.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to work on this project by adding a dark mode feature to it.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to add a toggle button integrating it with dark mode thus, enhancing the website.

If you think its legit, do assign me this issue under GSSoc ' 23 with a level of PR as well.
