I've tried to start vagrant up but it fail with following error. Any advice?

Hmm, I know other folks have gotten this working in Windows, but I'm less certain of the details.

The base error message seems to simply indicate that VBoxManage is not in your path.

I know that others who have gotten this working have used cygwin to do so, if that helps.

@labartez VBoxManage must be in your path. This is installed from Virtual Box. So if you installed Virtual Box in D:\BlahBlah\VirtualBox you need to ensure that path is in your PATH environment variable. I ran in to this same issue and after adding the path to my env, everything worked fine.
