Could need some a11y love

The difference between "operational" and "outage" is (visually) heavily based on red/green which might be harder to use for people with (so called) color blindness.

I'll see if i find the time to make an alternate suggestion via pull request.

I would do a simple double-encoding of the information to help with this issue such as:

  1. Add an icon (or a simple emoticon like :) or :( ) to the banner and Systems rows.
  2. Change the font or text-decoration (Bold, underline, italic)
