About http caching or adding custom addCallAdapterFactory

how can i use SmartCache (http://dimitrovskif.github.io/SmartCache) in this library..or any other cache first api call method available( first fetch from cache for faster, then update it from response) or how can i add a custom addCallAdapterFactory to this library
